Marketing Leader

Location-cairo ,Al Jīzah (EG-GZ) ,Egypt (EG)

    • Create marketing strategies  including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
    • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
    • Design branding, positioning  strategies
    • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
    • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
    • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
    • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
    • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
    • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
    • Lead the development and execution of the company-wide strategic sustainability and CSR initiatives.
    • Manage & develop The Communication Plan Internal/ External
    • Lead the development of companywide social media management standards, policies, and rules of engagement.
    • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
    • Assist with all aspects of executing marketing events,  customer events, etc… . This includes site selection, negotiating contracts, banquet orders, assigning speakers, ordering gifts/giveaways, off-site coordination of logistics, invitation development, emailing invitations, and tracking follow-up activities to measure results of the event (ROI).
    • Help to promote uniformity and consistency of brand
    • Enforce brand marketing guidelines cross multiple platforms
    • Collaborate with Global Marketing team to provide design and direction for collateral, web, and other visual communications media for the company.
    • Lead the development and execution of the company-wide strategic sustainability and CSR initiatives.
  • Job Requirements:

     

     

  • 4-6 years f marketing/communications and event experience required, preferably in a professional services organization
  • Excellent verbal and written cmmunication skills
  • Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • English Language Fluency
  • Good time management and attention to detail Experience working with cross-functional teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email automation tools, Adobe Creative Suite. 
  • Bacholer degree holder
