* Analyze customer needs

* Take charge of all issues related to the storage and delivery of goods

* Be the interface between logistics partners, suppliers and customers

* Manage the relationship and follow up with subcontractors

* Ensure the smooth running of commercial operations

Having a bac +3 or a BTS in negotiation and customer relations, BTS Transport and logistics services, BTS International trade are the most appreciated diplomas.

- Having experience as a customer service representative is a plus.
