Job Description
- Source Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen and Evaluate: Assess candidates to ensure they meet job requirements and fit the company culture.
- Conduct Interviews: Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage Candidate Experience: Oversee the candidate journey from application to onboarding.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with HR and department managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevvant field.
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Good command in English (Speaking, writing and listening)
- Proven experience in blue-collars hiring.
- Strong Time Management& Problem-solving skills.
- Passionate& self-motivated person.
