About the Role

 

Aramex Australia has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced International Sales & Integrations Lead to provide support to the International Sales Manager by compiling, analyzing, and reporting on sales data for major clients or accounts that bring business from international markets into Australia as well as manage the Integrations team for these Key Customer integrations for Australia and New Zealand. The primary responsibility is to develop and execute strategies to maintain and grow the business from these international accounts for Aramex Oceania and ensure seamless customer onboarding.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and develop solutions that meet their requirements
  • Analyse sales data and account performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, RFs, marketing, integrations, and customer service to ensure that the client's expectations and needs are consistently met
  • Continuously review and improve processes and procedures to improve customer experience
  • Maintain weekly and monthly reporting of international accounts
  • Analyse and access customer performance and provide bridges to failures
  • Manage the integration of customers as part of their onboarding for Australia and New Zealand
  • Manage the workload and allocation of integration work to the Integration Specialists to ensure that accounts are prioritised based on revenue forecast and urgency of customer onboarding, and monitor the onboarding for National/International accounts
  • Actively work with end customers during the onboarding stage as an escalation contact for IT escalations, critical follow up, overall project management & troubleshooting
  • Manage the expectations and needs of national/International customers at to ensure project success
  • Ensure that all projects have signoff completed by ANZ Commercial team, Finance and Operations before integration is moved into a production space
  • Ensure the timely follow up for BAU tickets, by managing JIRA/Zendesk ticket backlog and confirming that all relevant data has been raised in the case.

 

 Desired Skills & Experience

 

  • 5+ years’ analytical experience in a sales or customer facing vertical
  • International business experience: previous experience in international business can be beneficial. This includes experience working with clients or suppliers from different cultures, managing complex international supply chains, or navigating international regulations and compliance issues
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and serve their clients
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to build relationships, influence effectively, and present information clearly to clients and internal teams
  • Self-motivated, agile, and adept at problem solving
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse performance data, market and industry trends and identify actionable insights
