About the Role

 

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving new business acquisitions and identifying opportunities for cross-selling. Key responsibilities include:
 

  • Collaborating with Courier Franchisees and utilizing your network to generate new business leads.
  • Identifying opportunities to maximize freight volume with both existing and new customers.
  • Maintaining a robust and accurate sales pipeline.
  • Implementing new business development initiatives to fuel growth.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key contacts in both existing and new accounts.

 

About You 

  • Previous experience in a sales role (industry experience is advantageous).
  • A drive for achieving results and a hands-on approach to building new business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
