Job Description
· Support inbound logistics operations, including coordinating shipments from suppliers and transporter
to the warehouse.
· Assist in monitoring and ensuring timely receipt of goods at the warehouse.
· Verify and file shipping documents, ensuring data accuracy in the system.
· Report any discrepancies or delivery issues to relevant teams or customers promptly.
· Handle basic customer inquiries and support resolution of minor service issues.
· Assist in tracking and updating shipment status in the warehouse management system.
· Create and follow up on service requests and customer complaints as needed.
· Ensure proper documentation and archiving of shipping records in accordance with SOP.
· Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth logistics and warehouse operations.
· Identify and share opportunities for service improvement based on daily operations.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on assigned tasks.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
· Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
· Some experience or internship in logistics or warehouse operations is an advantage.
· Basic knowledge of logistics systems or warehouse processes is a plus.
