Airline Interaction: Communicate with airlines for rate negotiations and booking requests.

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to provide pricing options and discuss air freight costs.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

Contract Management: Track and manage air freight contracts with carriers, ensuring adherence to agreed rates and terms.

Pricing Model Maintenance: Maintain and update pricing databases to reflect current market conditions, contract agreements, and operational cost changes.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education

Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of air freight market dynamics, regulations, and operational procedures.

Negotiation & Communication Skills: Strong skills in negotiating with carriers and effectively communicating with customers.

Analytical & Numerical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and track performance metrics.

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the air freight industry.
