Job Description
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products or services.
- Generate leads by identifying and qualifying potential prospects from various sources.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance satisfaction.
- Effectively address objections and close sales opportunities.
- Manage timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure conversions.
- Document sales activities and provide reports on performance metrics and forecasts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business or any other field
- 3+ years’ experience in sales or customer service, particularly in a telesales environment, is advantageous.
- Excellent MS office skills: Word, Excel and Power Point
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to close deals.)
- Ability to handle challenging situation in a composed manner
