Purpose of the Job

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading and executing the recruitment strategy for the organization on a national scope, focusing on attracting top-tier talent to meet business needs. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand organizational staffing requirements, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless, efficient recruitment process. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will manage end-to-end recruitment processes while providing guidance and support to hiring teams on best practices for talent acquisition

Job Description

  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to define recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract and hire the best talent across various departments.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering candidates for a range of roles, from entry-level to senior management positions.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing, including direct sourcing, referrals, social media, and job boards.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication, providing feedback, and promoting the organization’s employer brand.
  • Advise and support hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate selection, and the creation of compelling job offers.
  • Leverage data and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, Universities, and other talent sources to enhance candidate pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Lead or support recruitment projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, employer branding campaigns, or talent pool development.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment by ensuring that recruitment practices align with organizational diversity and inclusion goals

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications or a Master’s degree in HR or Talent Acquisition is a plus.
  • 5+ years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong background in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and candidate assessment skills
