Purpose of the Job
Aramex is seeking a dynamic and analytical Supply Chain team member. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience in warehousing operations and 2 to 3 years in designing solutions for customers and efficiency improvements, coupled with a background in industrial engineering. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our logistics operations teams in various stations to optimize and maximize the growth of our supply chain product.
Job Description

Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations and supply chain efficiency.
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide insights into operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making processes
Commercial & Pricing
- Develop accurate cost models and pricing proposals for RFPs/RFQs.
- Partner with finance, procurement, and operations to validate cost assumptions.
- Support sales teams in commercial negotiations by explaining solution design, operational feasibility, and ROI.
Project management & Implementation support
- Lead cross-functional engagement with operations, IT, engineering, HR, procurement, and finance to ensure solution alignment and feasibility.
- Play a key role in transitioning designed solutions to implementation teams.
- Support project planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation during implementation.
Customer Engagement & Stakeholder Management
- Engage directly with customers to understand business challenges, pain points, and performance expectations.
- Conduct site visits, workshops, and design reviews with client teams.
- Present solutions to internal and external stakeholders in a professional and compelling manner
Warehouse Management System
- Support all Aramex warehouse operations with Infor WMS, thereby acting as subject matter expert in WMS related topics
- Act as focal point between IT department and the operations teams
- Lead API projects globally
Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies in warehousing processes and develop innovative solutions to streamline operations.
- Conduct time and motion studies, workflow analysis, and process mapping to optimize resource utilization and enhance productivity.
Inventory Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce carrying costs, and minimize stockouts.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
Continuous Improvement:
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with logistics operations teams at various stations to understand their unique challenges and requirements.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering
- 5-10 years in solution design, supply chain engineering, logistics consulting, or 3PL operations.
- Proven experience in warehousing, distribution, transportation, and supply chain modelling.
- Exposure to managing RFPs/RFQs and developing commercial proposals.
- Candidate must possess advanced English communication skills, verbal and written
- Working knowledge of MS Office and warehouse management systems.
- PMP certification is a plus
