About the Role:

Aramex Australia has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Franchise Business Manager to join our Franchising team. This role is responsible for supporting and developing our Independent Regional Franchise network while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and business success across the network. 

As the Franchise Business Manager, you'll work closely with franchise partners, providing guidance, training, support, and strategic direction to help them achieve strong business and operational outcomes. 

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Franchisees to support business performance and operational success. 
• Conduct franchise visits, reporting, action planning, and performance reviews. 
• Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and compliance standards across the network. 
• Support the onboarding and development of new Regional Franchisees. 
• Develop and maintain franchise training materials, manuals, and operational guides. 
• Coordinate and support franchise compliance audits. 
• Promote and support Work Health & Safety initiatives throughout the franchise network. 
• Contribute to network-wide projects and continuous improvement initiatives. 

To be successful in this role:

• 3+ years' experience in an operational management & regional management.
• Proven experience working within a franchise business environment. 
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Strong financial acumen and analytical capability. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for improving business performance.
