Purpose of the Job

As a Senior HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in various functions, including employee relations, personnel, and compliance. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to implement HR initiatives effectively to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational performance.

Job Description

  • Assist the country HR team in implementing HR projects and initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication and information flow both horizontally and vertically within the organization.
  • Address and manage all employee-related HR issues, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Implement and uphold HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Assist staff with their HR-related requirements to enhance overall employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Handle HR activities, such as onboarding, offboarding, investigations, attendance and payroll.
  • Regularly update employee records in the SF system and maintain personal files to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure all legal requirements for the entity is updated accuratly (social insurance, labor office letters,etc..)
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including  disciplinary actions, and drafting HR-related letters.
  • Contribute to the implementation of station Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and employer branding initiatives as needed.
  • Report any noncompliance with HSSE policies to the local HSSE supervisor or station HR business partner as applicable.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, including absences, bonuses, and leave records.
  • Handle employee complaints and oversee grievance procedures to ensure fair and timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies or outsourcing contractors when necessary.
  • Update and maintain station HR data to ensure full accuracy in the HR system.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR roles
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and local labor and employment laws
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
