Purpose of the Job
Responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic development of new business opportunities and the maintenance of existing customer relationships, in alignment with Aramex commercial strategies.

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and growth.
- Identify and create revenue-generating channels through cross-selling, upselling, and exploring new business opportunities.
- Implement best sales practices to meet customer needs, ensuring high satisfaction while capitalizing on growth potential.
- Enhance customer loyalty by delivering customized and tailored solutions that align with their unique requirements.
- Maintain a balanced approach to revenue growth, focusing on both organic growth and new business generation through effective customer profiling.
- Guide customers in utilizing cost-effective service channels and promote increased use of automation for efficiency.
- Conduct regular reviews of customer performance and targets, devising strategic plans to help achieve and exceed set objectives.
- Oversee the collection of required customer information and documents to ensure seamless onboarding and operational handover.
- Ensure customer information is accurately maintained and updated using CRM tools to facilitate effective account management.
- Support credit collection activities, working collaboratively with finance teams to manage accounts receivable.
- Collaborate closely with the Field Sales Manager to establish the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) based on customer profiling, forecasts, and data analysis.
- Mentor and support junior account managers, sharing best practices and strategies for success in managing customer accounts.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good product knowledge
- Excellent MS office skills: Word, Excel and Power Point
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to close deals.
- Ability to handle challenging situation in a composed manner
