Talent Acquisition Executive

Purpose of the Job

The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports recruitment activities by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and assisting with onboarding processes. This role involves managing candidate data, tracking recruitment KPIs, and contributing to employer branding efforts. The specialist ensures a smooth hiring process and positive candidate experience while supporting various recruitment projects and events.

Job Description

  • Assist in managing recruitment activities within Saudi Arabia, including posting job ads, tracking applications, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Aid in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals, with oversight from senior recruiters.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and provide recommendations to senior team members.
  • Help maintain and update the talent pool, including managing profiles of walk-in candidates and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires through our systems.
  • Digitize and categorize applications, manage candidate records, and maintain accurate recruitment data.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing recruitment KPIs, such as conversion rates, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in career events and job fairs, assisting with logistics, setup, and engaging with potential candidates.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and maintaining recruitment documentation.
  • Support employer branding efforts by assisting with social media updates, creating promotional materials, and organizing recruitment-related events.
  • Assist in researching market trends, competitor practices, and talent availability to support recruitment strategies.
  • Contribute to a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and addressing candidate queries.
  • Help prepare reports on recruitment activities, candidate status, and market trends for management review

Job Responsibilities - Experience and Education

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in in-house, RPO, or agency settings. Prior experience with recruitment systems and tools is advantageous.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
