The Social & Marketing Manager will…

  • Execute the Marketing & Digital Strategy for Aramex KSA, both for B2B and B2C, together with the central team.
  • Define a roadmap of Strategic Partnerships to help achieve the business goals
  • Work with the Country Manager & Head of Digital Marketing to define key objectives, targets & KPI’s to reach
  • Come up with creative ideas for Social Content that is relevant and engaging to the Saudi market
  • Ensure that all Offline promotions are rolled out in store and on brand.
  • Provide the central team with key insights into the KSA market to help with the localization of all campaigns
  • Manage Social activity for Aramex in KSA
  • Build and manage our Influencer program in KSA
  • Reporting: Present and share ideas, results and gap analyses.
  • Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Ensure that our Arabic copy and tone is spot on with Saudi dialect.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology, trends and best practices in the Kingdom

Actions:

  • Initiate local partnerships
  • Monitor and advise on delivery of paid media and CRM campaigns
  • Regularly re-visit our on-going communication strategy
  • Give strategic input during prep phase of major campaigns
  • Recommendations to central Marketing and Product teams for enhancements and new features
  • Localisation of commercial, social & brand content
  • Managing 3rd party relationships with content agencies + influencers

Experience required

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager / Marketing Executive
  • B2B & B2C experience crucial
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant fields preferred but not essential
