HR Executive - Riyadh

Location: Riyadh, Warehouse exit 16

Grade E6

Purpose of the Job:

Support the HR Leader in implementing the company policies, HR strategy and initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle all employees, HR-related issues
  • Follow up with PRO Team where applicable, to ensure the employee exit and re-entry visas are done and renewed on time
  • Support the HR team in the recruitment process as per manpower plan by contacting, assessing, interviewing, and shortlist candidates
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties (employments offers, disciplinary actions, letters, etc..)
  • Handle complaints, investigations, and grievance procedures
  • Creating and updating the positions in SF
  • Sharing the new employee’s files with HRSS and follow up
  • Updating the employee’s files physically and in SF
  • Submitting the separation of employees with HRSS and follow up
  • Conducting exit interviews with the resigned employees
  • Follow up with the PRO team in the transfer of sponsorship of newly hired and resigned employees
  • Follow up employee timesheets and attendance
  • Ensure that all employees are following the discipline and dress code
  • Follow up with HSSE team on Health and safety of employees in warehouses
  • Visting other warehouses on a regular basis

Job Requirements (Experience and education)

 

  • Must be a Saudi national
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment and employee relations.
  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources or any related field.
  • English and Arabic language are a must
  • Communication, MS office, time management, and email writing skills
