The B2B Marketing Manager will…

  • Execute the defined Marketing strategy for Aramex, for B2B with the central team.
  • Support the Content Strategist on defining and executing a roadmap of strategic localized content to help achieve our business goals in the US.
  • Provide the central team with key insights into the US market to help with the localization of our campaigns.
  • Manage content calendar and social media channels.
  • Manage all events and exhibitions.
  • Manage the Local Marketing budget.
  • Manage the relationship with the Global Creative Team.
  • Work closely with central team to roll out B2B – Account Based Marketing Campaigns targeting potential customers to drive leads.
  • Work closely with the Regional VP to identify how marketing can support to achieve the overall business objectives.
  • Review incoming briefs and ensure all information needed is included before sharing with the central team.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology, trends, and best practices in social media.
  • Reporting: present and share ideas, results, and gap analyses.
  • Design, priorities and execute specific activities and marketing campaigns with the support of the central marketing team.
  • Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Help get the team’s work noticed and enter campaigns and creative assets for awards.
  • Ensure that our copy and tone is spot on.
  • Manage our events on the ground & Virtual.

 

Actions:

  • Give strategic input during prep phase of major campaigns
  • Recommendations to central marketing and product teams for enhancements and new features
  • Regularly re-visit our on-going communication strategy
  • Localization of content

Experience required

  • 3+ years in a similar Marketing role
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field preferred but not essential
  • B2B experience crucial.
  • Understanding of account based marketing.  
  • Great understanding of the US market
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and spoken.
