Job Description: 

Purpose of the Job

The main objective of the  Solution Lead is to be part of the global IT freight and logistics product team with knowledge & ownership of all IT freight and logistics products & solutions offered to all internal or external clients. Associate Platform solution manager also responsible to work with close collaboration with other associate technical solution manager The overall purpose of this role is to:

• Facilitate meeting and discussion with business & operational decision makers, internal and external system/product specialists, vendors, solution providers and end users. 
• Define functional and non-function business requirements and technical specifications.
• Analyze all business processes and suggest system processes to fulfill operational requirements.
• Own all product documentations and ensure all projects & developments are complied with pre defined set of documentation rules.
• Lead design sessions workshops for mapping, wireframing & prototyping new applications or systems as part of new or enhancing existing business processes, operations, and information process flows.
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing application or system.
• Support all IT Projects and be part of project team in developing strategies for improving or further leveraging these application/systems. 
• Identify and establish scope of applications/systems analysis to define acceptance and success criteria.

Customer:

• Requirement Definition: Define functional and non-functional business requirements and technical specifications to meet operational needs.

People:

• Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to plan, design, develop, and deploy new applications/systems, as well as enhance existing ones.
• Support project leaders in managing and controlling delivery scope, ensuring that project change management procedures are followed.

Projects:

 • Analyze all business processes and suggest system processes to fulfill operational requirements.
• Lead design sessions and workshops for mapping, wireframing, and prototyping new applications or systems, enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flows.
• Identify and establish the scope of applications/systems analysis to define acceptance and success criteria.

Operations:

• Own all product documentation and ensure all projects and developments comply with predefined documentation rules.
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing applications or systems, identifying areas for improvement.
• Support all IT projects and be part of project teams in developing strategies for improving or further leveraging these applications/systems. • Participate in periodic status meetings and other supportive activities for the project.
• Conduct research and analysis on software products to justify and support business cases and investment efforts. 

Financial Results:

• Support project leaders in managing and controlling delivery scope, ensuring adherence to project change management procedures to maintain budget and timeline integrity. 

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

  Bachelor of computer science, Engineering, or related IT field with overall 5 to 7 years of experience 
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business system analysis 
• Minimum 3 Year of experience in Logistics & Warehousing industry.
• Minimum 3 Year of experience in any Freight (Cargowise), Warehouse Management Systems (Infor WMS is a plus), TMS, OMS
•Knowledge in system integrations and building APIs
• Knowledge in product architecture and roadmap • Knowledge in building dashboards & reports
• Experience in any order management system is a plus.
