Comprehensive Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Product Director – Parcel Forwarding is responsible for defining and executing strategies that reinvigorate Access USA Shipping LLC's key product lines within a competitive and evolving market. This role commands a multifaceted approach combining strategic visioning, data-driven marketing leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve ambitious growth objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Strategic Product Leadership and Turnaround Management: Analyze performance data rigorously to uncover emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Craft and launch targeted turnaround programs aimed at elevating customer acquisition rates, optimizing pricing structures, improving retention, and refining market segmentation approaches over a medium-term horizon (6–9 months).
  • Marketing Transformation and Excellence: Partner closely with marketing leadership to transition the function into a data-empowered powerhouse. Foster a culture where data segmentation, experimentation, and multi-channel campaign integration are used to enhance targeting precision and marketing ROI. Coach marketing staff to apply leading methodologies for digital engagement and metrics-driven campaign management.
  • Customer-Centric Commercial Intelligence: Establish deep insights into the end-to-end customer journey, identifying friction points and growth opportunities. Work closely with finance and operational teams to translate complex datasets into actionable strategies that boost operational efficiency and enrich customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Acumen and Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong financial literacy around cost structures, unit economics, and profit margin management. Engage diverse stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment on commercial goals while fostering transparency, accountability, and high performance. Advance toward full Profit & Loss ownership responsibility within two years.
  • Operational Excellence and Innovation: Implement scalable processes such as real-time dashboard reporting, robust A/B testing protocols, and standardized campaign workflows. Drive continuous improvement through innovation and a culture of experimentation to heighten marketing effectiveness and operational scalability.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a closely related discipline is essential.
  • MBA or master’s degree in business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
  • Professional certifications in areas such as digital marketing, data analytics, or product management (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta or Google Ads certification, recognized Product Management certifications) are highly valued and considered a strong asset.
  • Extensive experience of at least 12 years in senior roles specializing in product management, growth strategy, commercial operations, or related domains within e-commerce, logistics, or digital platform industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and managing complex business turnarounds in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing strategies, particularly focused on customer acquisition online, conversion rate optimization, and maximizing marketing ROI.
  • This position demands a strategic visionary combined with strong operational capabilities and a data-driven mindset, critical for leading transformative growth initiatives at Access USA Shipping LLC.
