Purpose of the Job

The Telemarketer at Aramex will play a key role in driving the sales pipeline by making outbound calls to potential clients. The main objective is to promote products/services, schedule meetings, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to persuade and influence customers.

Job Description

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing company products/services and answering queries.
  • Qualify leads through engaging conversations, identifying customer needs, and forwarding high-potential prospects to the sales team for follow-up.
  • Stay updated with the latest product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
  • Log customer interactions and lead details into the CRM system, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call targets and lead generation quotas as set by the Commercial Team Lead.
  • Gather and report customer feedback, market intelligence, and industry trends to support continuous product/service improvement.
  • Consistently follow up with interested prospects to nurture them until they are ready for a sales handoff.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to develop scripts, strategies, and promotional campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to telemarketing best practices and relevant regulations (e.g., data protection laws).

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work with CRM systems and telemarketing software.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain motivation.
