The Marketing Leader will…

  • Set annual marketing plans in coordination with stations managers
  • Provide stations with the support needed to execute the set plans.
  • Manage all events and exhibitions.
  • Create exhibition materials, handouts & sales tools required for the event
  • Create and execute the B2C & B2B marketing campaigns
  • Manage content calendar and social media channels.
  • Work closely with central team to roll out B2B – Account Based Marketing Campaigns targeting potential customers to drive leads.
  • Work closely with the Country Manager to identify how marketing can support to achieve the overall business objectives.
  • Review incoming briefs and ensure all information needed are included before sharing with the creative team
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology, trends, and best practices in different markets
  • Reporting: present and share ideas, results, and gap analyses
  • Design, priorities and execute specific activities and marketing campaigns with the support of the central marketing team
  • Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Manage the Local Marketing budget.

 

Actions:

  • Give strategic input during prep phase of major campaigns
  • Recommendations to central marketing and product teams for enhancements and new features
  • Regularly re-visit our on-going communication strategy

Experience required

  • 4+ years in a similar Marketing role
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field preferred but not essential
  • B2B & B2C experience crucial  
  • Great understanding of the Indian market
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
