Purpose of the Job

The Operations Head will be responsible for planning, directing, and improving all operational activities across the organization. The role focuses on enhancing efficiency, controlling costs, maintaining quality, and ensuring timely delivery while supporting overall business objectives.

Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations across functions, including warehouse, logistics, supply chain, and production (if applicable).
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met.
• Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and delivery performance.
• Drive process improvement and standardization across operations.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as sales, finance, and procurement.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience in operations and supply chain management role, and 3PL warehousing.
• Proven experience in managing large teams and complex operations.
• Experience in process improvement and cost optimization.
• Strong knowledge of WMS ERP system
• Able to travel frequently to other warehouses locations within the country
