Retail Outlet Executive

Location - Marrakech

 

Ensure the highest customer service standards, reinforce a positive customer relationship and become the customer’s trusted advisor in accordance with Aramex values.

 

Attend to all walk in customers’ needs promptly

Collaborate with the team to achieve the team objectives

Ensure outlet customer satisfaction at all times

Ensure timely resolution of customer complains to retain customers

 

 

Essential Requirements:

 

  • Fluent communication in English and French

  • Excellent communication and proactive customer service skills

  • Ability to deal with multiple requests/tasks and prioritize

  • Confirmed experience in customer service department

  • Bachelor in marketing, sales or International business
