Purpose of the Job
As Marketing Manager at Aramex will developing, implementing, and executing strategic plan for entire network in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones as well as he is playing a critical role in aligning creative direction with company’s strategic goals.
Job Description
- Collaborate with senior management to define marketing objectives and develop comprehensive strategies to achieve them. This includes identifying target markets, understanding customer needs, and analyzing market trends.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
- Drive digital marketing efforts, including social media marketing, email campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising, to increase online visibility and engagement.
- Manage the company's brand identity and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels. Develop brand guidelines and standards to maintain a strong brand presence in the market.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and assess competitive threats. Gather customer feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies and improve service offerings.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns from conception to completion, monitoring campaign performance and optimizing strategies to maximize ROI.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, influencers, and affiliates to expand our reach and drive business growth.
- Coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our services, network with potential clients, and generate leads.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources wisely to achieve desired outcomes within budgetary constraints.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in the Marketing Field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles within the shipping, logistics, or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, CRM platforms).
