Purpose of the Job
The Telesales / Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities and supporting revenue growth by engaging potential and existing customers through outbound calls and digital channels. This role focuses on identifying prospects, understanding their logistics needs, and promoting express and freight solutions that fit their business requirements.

1. Lead Generation & Business Development
· Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company’s express and freight services.
· Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and convert prospects into active customers.
· Manage and follow up on sales leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
· Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication.
· Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions or quotations promptly.
· Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
· Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
3. Sales Execution & Reporting
· Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to record all customer interactions, update lead status, and track progress.
· Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to close deals effectively.
· Generate daily and weekly sales activity reports, pipeline updates, and performance summaries.
· Support the implementation of sales campaigns and commercial initiatives to boost lead conversion.
4. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
· Work closely with field sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and lead handover efficiency.
· Share market feedback and customer insights with management to enhance product offerings and campaigns.
· Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and coaching sessions.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education
· Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Experience: 2–5 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in logistics, courier, or freight forwarding.
· Proven experience in outbound calling, lead qualification, and closing sales over the phone.
· Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
· Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Excel, and email communication tools.
· Target-driven with strong time management and organizational skills.
· Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
