Position:   Express Support Executive

Area: Johannesburg

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Growth – Support in achieving revenue/gross profit budget targets
  • Strategy – Support in executing product strategy
  • Commercial/Customer Support – Support retention and growth of existing strategic express accounts. Support strategic new business acquisition and implementation.
  • Analytics & Reporting – Support daily/weekly/monthly KPI requirements of product
  • Operations – Lane development, lane management, agent management, airline/routing optimization
  • Project – New product development initiatives
  • Financial – Express income statement analysis

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualification
  • Related tertiary qualification, preferably in commerce
  • Minimum of 2-3 years corporate experience
  • International express network/product knowledge
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Power BI skills
  • Must have own transport and valid driver’s license
