Responsible for handling import and export customs clearance activities and ensuring shipments are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with Indonesian Customs regulations. This role reports to the Operations Manager and supports the development of Aramex Indonesia's in-house customs clearance capabilities

- Manage daily import and export customs clearance activities.

- Prepare, review, and submit customs declarations and supporting documents.

- Coordinate with DJBC, PPJK partners, airlines, and relevant authorities.

- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely customs release.

- Resolve customs-related issues, delays, and discrepancies.

- Ensure accuracy of HS Code classification, customs documentation, and duty calculations.

- Maintain complete and accurate customs records.

- Support customs audits and compliance reviews.

- Monitor updates to customs regulations and communicate operational impacts.

- Support the development and improvement of customs SOPs.

- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.

- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare reports

- Provide customs-related guidance to Operations and Customer Service teams.

- Support onboarding and training of new team members.

- Build and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders.

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Customs, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, logistics, or international trade.

- Experience handling import and export customs clearance.

- Good understanding of Indonesian Customs regulations and procedures.

- Experience using CEISA and customs declaration systems.

- Knowledge of PIB, PEB, HS Code classification, and customs documentation.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
