Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing Aramex's Key Accounts by developing and executing strategic account plans and providing exceptional customer service. The Key Account Manager will work with internal teams to address customer concerns, resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time on-site role located in Tanah Abang, Jakarta, Indonesia.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of managing and growing global key accounts
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in logistics or related industry
  • Analytical Skills and Business Planning
