Operations Supervisor

Accountabilities

  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely action to the customer
  • Monitor operations team members to ensure that the full outbound cycle is done in using safe practices
  • Manage schedule and shifts of all the team members to ensure the availability of adequate staffing
  • Prepare and control outbound performance analysis for the warehouse staff
  • Generate and handle all receiving shipments tokens by back office and making the shipment ready for collection
  • Assist ad hoc project as assigned

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree or above in logistics/supply chain management or related disciplines;
  • 3 years of relevant working experience in courier, express, freight or hub management;
  • Good command in both written and verbal Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus;
  • Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (esp. Excel, Powerpoint);
  • Good communication and proactive to get the job done timely and accurately;
  • Team player and able to manage priority under stress and deadline
