HR Business Partner

Location-Hong Kong  ,Hong Kong (HK)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities including staff recruitment, employee relations, training & development, staff activities and general administration
  • Review and implement all HR related policies, procedures and structures
  • Liaise with various Line Managers and provide professional HR support and advice in the areas of manpower planning, budgeting, talent management, grievance handling and other HR matters
  • Lead and supervise a team in providing HR support to functional departments and implement the strategic HR initiatives and programs within the group
  • Review the training plan regularly and ensure implementation
  • Monitor and achieve the cost and headcount target
  • Streamline workflow and maintain consistency in practices through cross team knowledge sharing and alignment.
  • Handle ad hoc report and project as required.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of general HR experience
  • Strong HR knowledge for employment ordinances of Hong Kong
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with all levels of staff
  • Solid commands of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently, show initiative and take full responsibility for completion of duties
