HR Executive

Location-Hong Kong  ,Hong Kong (HK)

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide full spectrum of HR duties including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits and employee relations;
  • Assist in preparing HR report and data analysis for management review;
  • Support and advise the employees to understand and follow all policies and procedures;
  • Maintain and update employee information including leave, attendance to ensure all records are complete and accurate;
  • Assist in scheduling / arranging various learning and development projects and work closely with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with the team(s) to achieve its objectives;
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 2 years’ related HR experience;
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance and other employment related regulations / ordinances;
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office application and Chinese word processing;
  • Proficient in verbal and written English and Chinese;
