Customer Service Executive

Location-Hong Kong  ,Hong Kong (HK)

  • Provide excellent service to customers
  • Sustain high customer satisfactory service level
  • Attend customer’s enquiry by fulfilling their requirements
  • Ensure customer satisfaction to retain customer
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve the team objectives
  • Communicate with oversea offices / agents for shipment processing / customs issues
  • Assist ad hoc project as assigned


Job Requirements


  • Post-secondary or above
  • Minimum 2 years' working experience in customer services, preferably in call centre
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Good communication skills and analytical skills
  • Customer service oriented with good telephone manner
  • Pleasant personality, mature, independent and able to work under pressure


Candidates with more experiences will be considered as senior position.
