Purpose of the Job
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including onboarding, contracts signing, all related docuemntation and compliance. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Job Description
- Handle onboarding process for all new employees
- Ensure contracts and all required legal documents are done correctly in accordance with Egyptian Labor Law.
- Answer employees' questions and their concerns regarding their employment and benefits.
- Compile key operational onboarding metrics & dashboards
- Support and advise the employees to understand and implement policies and procedures
- Assist country HR team in implementing any HR projects / Initiatives
- Assist in Conducting training for members and new hires
- Assist the staff with their requirements to ensure employee satisfaction
- Regularly update employee records in system and personal files
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties (HR letters, etc..)
- Conduct follow-ups with new employees during their onboarding period to address any questions or concerns.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding basic inquiries and concerns to promote a positive work environment.
- Enhance communication between management and employees, ensuring all staff are informed about job-related information and their rights.
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government regulations affecting HR functions to ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Help organize social events for the station to promote team bonding and engagement.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
- Excellent MS office skills: Word, Excel and Power Point
