HR Executive
Purpose of the Job
In the role of HR Executive you will be the critical support pillar for our human resources department, managing and owning a variety of administrative tasks and serving as the primary point of contact for our team on HR-related topics.
Job Description

Responsible for supporting all administrative HR activities for end-to-end Employee Lifecycle.

Supporting recruitment processes, including handling of the application and shortlisting process, liaising with candidates and scheduling of interviews, supporting hiring managers with interviews, preparing offers and contracts of employment, referencing, and collecting required documentation at offer stage, DBS checks and document compliance.

Supporting and coordinating the onboarding process for new starters, including scheduling and delivery of all inductions.

Responsible for tracking CAA Regulations and compliance is met.

Maintaining an accurate and efficient HR information system (Success Factors) with employee information and necessary documentation, including administering new starters, changes and leavers on the system.

Dealing with day-to-day HR queries and advising in line with the current policies and procedures.

Supporting low level ER cases.

Producing informative reports using the HRIS.

Maintaining all trackers and associated processes.

Maintaining physical employment files.

Supporting role in the accurate processing of payroll and benefits.

Coordinating and assisting with periodic processes, such as auditing accuracy of information, collation of completed appraisal documentation, auditing training logs.

Supporting the annual performance management process including probation period reviews, goal setting, annual reviews, performance improvement plans.

Support companywide and local training initiatives, with the development of training interventions through LinkedIn Learning, Aramex University and local agendas.

Support absence management processes ensuring accurate records and timelines are maintained.

Drive and support the roll out of reward and recognition programs, CSR events and maintaining positive work environment.

Liaise with external partners for example, recruitment agencies, vendors and suppliers.

Ensure legal and best practice compliance in all activities.

Protecting the organization's values by always keeping information confidential.
Other ad hoc duties as required by the Senior HR Business Partner including participation in projects
Job Responsibilities - Experience and Education

Experience in HR administration or a similar role, with a solid understanding of HR processes and best practices,

CIPD Level 3 Minimum (desirable)

Good written and oral communications and strong interpersonal skills to deal with individuals at various levels, and with sensitive matters.

Very strong organisation, prioritisation skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication and people skills.
-
On-Site availability, 5 days per week, with flexibility to cover shifts as needed.

Ability and willingness to travel nationally as required.
