The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of administrative duties for the human resources department. They will also assist the HR Business Partner with recruitment, maintain employee records, assist with employee inquiries, and provide administrative support to all employees.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
• Assist with the scheduling of interviews, meetings, and HR events, and maintain agendas
• Perform all new hire orientations across the USA network, including in-person and virtual orientations
• Support the HR Business Partner in educating employees on and enforcing company policies
• Maintain employee personnel files both digital and employee records
• Assist the HR Business Partner with driving all corporate initiatives including performance management, corporate events, and employee engagement initiatives
• Assist with all new-hire procedures, including organizing employee orientation, creating new employee files, administering employee handbooks, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate persons
• Perform daily HR Administrative tasks such as reference checks, background checks, and the distribution of HR policies and procedures to all the USA business units
• Under the leadership of the HR Business Partner, be a vital source of human resources information, answering any questions employees may have
• Coordinate training sessions and seminars
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
• Support other functions as assigned
• Assisting with the performance review and termination processes

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of related experience is required.
• SHRM-CP credential preferred
