Purpose of the Job
As an HR Business Partner for Aramex Nederland B.V., you will play a pivotal role in bridging local business needs with the overarching corporate identity and strategy. Based at our Oude Meer (Schiphol) location, you will be responsible for balancing the strategic objectives of Aramex Corporate with the local operational requirements across our three Dutch locations: Oude Meer, Rotterdam, and Eindhoven (140 employees). This position requires a dynamic professional with strong stakeholder management skills, capable of navigating between local business needs and corporate directives from Dubai and London.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align local business objectives with corporate goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Management Team, providing insights on HR policies, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Ensure consistent application of Aramex’s corporate identity, values, and ethical standards across all Dutch locations.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, performance management, training & development, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as the UWV and other semi-governmental institutions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and best practices.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at both local and corporate levels.
• Identify and assess local HR needs while maintaining alignment with global HR policies.
• Take the lead in further expanding the local HR team to support business growth.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and procedures.
• Support change management initiatives and promote a culture of diversity and inclusion.
Job Responsibilities - Experience and Education
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Law, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management at management team level.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain a strategic overview of complex organizational needs.
• Proven experience in writing HR-Strategy
• Proven experience with Employee Engagement surveys & programs
• Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and experience with semi-governmental institutions such as UWV.
• Experience in the logistics sector is considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Play a main role in making decisions.
