PURPOSE:

Ensure the highest customer service standards, reinforce a positive customer relationship and become the customer’s trusted advisor in accordance with Aramex values.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Attend to all walk in customers’ needs promptly

Collaborate with the team to achieve the team objectives

Ensure outlet customer satisfaction at all times

Ensure timely resolution of customer complains to retain customers

Profile:

Bachelor  degree in logistics or Commerce,

Confirmed experience in  logistics and international transport segment

English and french speaking
