Training Executive

Location-El Giza  ,Egypt (EG)

  • Serve as SME for Onboarding , Coordinate all training needs & audit training.
  • Facilitate Certified Job & Compliance training
  • Verify & complete data entry , Manage violations reports & communicate expiring permissions to managers
  • Train, Coach and Audit Members.
  • Monitor Daily Learning curve
  • Execute & enforce Operations Learning network Standards
  • Escalate any barriers to Learning Manager
  • Perform TWI Audits
  • Resolve learning related tickets within established SLA


Job Requirements:

  • Training experience 2/3 Years
  • Bachelor degree holder
  • TOT Certified
  • English Fluency
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Flexible with shift rotation.
  • October city resident
