Retail Outlets Manager

Location-El Giza  ,Egypt (EG)

Purpose: Manage Retail outlets as per the set standards and customer service procedures to ensure customer satisfaction, drive continuous improvement of customer service, and drive retail outlets targets in aramex.

 

Support departments in planning and executing their marketing initiatives in line with business objectives and global strategy

 

Key Responsibilities:

 
  1. Customer

 

  1. Macro
      • Promote aramex services and products by launching campaigns
      • Implement aramex loyalty program across the outlets.
      • Improve Customer satisfaction for all retail outlets.
      • Monitor and report current market trends, competition, share and developments to country manager and other stakeholders
      • Promoting the benefits of the new services and solutions to the existing customers through different communication channels

  • Expand the outlet network across the country.
  • Improve service and waiting time for customers.
  • Ensure promoting the company brand and image
  • Creating collaboration modules with other retailers/merchants to promote aramex services within their network 
  • Monitoring and enhancing the customer satisfaction through the monthly NPS result

      • Collaborate with the team to achieve the team objectives
      • Set KPI’s and conduct monthly, quart and annual performance review
      • Set annual marketing plans in coordination with stations managers
      • Creating tailored marketing campaigns for different products with the alignment of the commercial managers and country manager

  • Create a performance recognition program that motivated employees to provide the highest levels of Sales/customer service and achieve actual KPIs
  • Assess and evaluate outlet member’s performance and set their development plans
  • Ensure all outlet members are well trained and capable to handle the customers professionally
  •  Ensure all outlet members using aramex systems (Queue, POS, etc.…) plan
  • Ensure having a succession plan in place

  • Maintain good relationship with all internal stakeholders to ensure all departments are aligned and updated.
  • Review, develop and plan annual strategy for country retail outlets that translate strategy objective to market and customer level tactical actions.
  • Ensure standardizing the outlets branding and aligning the existing/new outlets with the global brand standards 
  • Develop online tools to increase cash business & e commerce in specific
  • Run analysis on the effect of active campaigns
  • Ensure quality service provided by outlet leaders
  • Maintain operational and retail brand image as per Aramex design policies and procedures

  • Ensure proper implementation of Aramex procedures and policies, new services, products and systems.
  • Ensure outlets pass all audits
  • Ensure proper implementation for Annual outlet strategy as per the market requirement.
  • Coordinate with GSO/Global Customer service team in relation to any new requirements needed in the system
  • Adhere to company HSSE, compliance and sustainability standards
  • Create user friendly micro sites for cash customers at specific regions
  • Create online interactive presentations / demo checkout sites to be used as sales tools by stations to grow e commerce
  • Gather & report all campaigns activities and production results
  • Maintain the POS utilization across the country 
  • Recruit potential franchises, partners and service points

      • Ensure outlets are performing and profitable
      • Develop and strengthen aramex retail market position through aramex owned outlets or franchise outlet
      • Set outlets growth targets and monitor performance
      • Increase utilization of resources and technology to reduce cost and improve efficiency
      • Responsible for the retail revenue growth YOY
      • Set annual marketing budgets in coordination with station managers
      • Generate revenues through the online cash tools & campaigns

      • Deliver revenue targets for cash retails
      • Implement daily check for cash depositing
      • Monitor revenue targets monthly
      • Reduce the use of manual Air waybills and receipts

Job Requirements:

 

Bachelor Degree (Business Administration / Marketing)

English Proficiency

Leadership Skills

Excellent Communicator

Retail & Marketing Experience Preferably 

Non Egyptian Applicants must provide self work permits.
