HRSS Senior Specialist ( North Africa & Levant)

Purpose of the Job

The HRSS Services Specialist is responsible for creating a positive experience to all our customers by supporting our local HR team with processing payroll, managing the HRIS, reporting and additional duties as needed.

 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process effectively with a strong focus on data accuracy
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times
  • Run a variety of reports based on customer needs
  • Ensure SOPs are updated at all times and visible to all agents within the centers
  • Process employee personal data changes (e. g., date of birth, marital status change, etc.)
  • Process new hires, promotions, separations, employee status changes, and other employee life cycle events
  • Process pay changes and paperwork including promotions/demotions/transfers, ad hoc wage/salary changes
  • Ensure adherence to service standards/metrics for all offerings and ensuring all service standards are met. 
  • Provide insight and guidance on opportunities for process improvement and actively participate in a variety of projects to improve the existing overall HR Shared Services function.
  • Collect and analyze data from multiple sources as required
  • Communicate effectively with multiple functions to ensure awareness of process updates/changes at all times.

 

 

Job Requirements (Experience and education)

  • 5 years’ corporate experience, ideally including some HR or Staffing Coordination experience.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or certification in HR, Business Administration, or related field are preferred.
  • Passion for delivering world-class customer service with focused attentiveness and responsiveness to customer needs.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask with strong attention to details
  • Acts proactively to achieve results and always strives to deliver more than is expected before being asked to.
  • Excellent organizational skills and initiative to improve processes.
