Main Purpose of the Job:

 

Create long-term, trusting relationships with the company’s customers through Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the company’s projects. Moreover, collaborate with the sales team to achieve quotas while keeping the existing clients satisfied and engaged with the company products and services in the long-run. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

 

- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting aramex goals.

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

- Define the client’s KPIs and monitor it. - Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly business results to internal and external stakeholders.

- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment. - Keeping accurate records pertaining to projects visits and business updates.

- Record and resolve complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.

- Manage and develop the client retention strategy.

- Manage the launching of the new client’s projects until deliver it to operation team.

- Negotiate and manage contracts process and close agreements to maximize profits.

- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.

- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients.

-Target growth through extending current markets and developing new services and new markets.

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Customer Handling Experience (0-1) years
  • Bachelor degree Holder (Logistics/ Supply chain Major Preferably)
  • Customer-oriented
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Problem Solver
  • English Language Fluency
  • Available Vacancyin 6th of October (Industrial Zone)
