  • Support the development of organizational strategy by translating long term business/department goals into strategic initiatives across functions, regions and products
  • Develop and manage business KPIs in order to facilitate analysis and reporting of performance against plans and budgets as well as strategic objectives
  • Build weekly/quarterly/annual performance reports for the business leaders as well as facilitating cross-functional performance reviews for leadership
  • Assist regional/country leaders and managers in driving and optimizing improvement of key value levers to provide the business a sustainable competitive advantage
  • Provide insights and strategic direction recommendation and facilitation to regions/countries by benchmarking performance with market and industry peers
  • Support the development of strategic research for senior management
  • Monitor and develop extensive insights on competition and benchmark their performance across products, sectors and regions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop insights on potential new customers, segments and regions.
