    Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on shipments with the concerned origin stations from the time shipment is collected.
  • Ensure all shipments are connected on priority.
  • Discrepancies are to be reported to the concerned shift supervisor.
  • Perform weekly audits to ensure that there is no failure.
  • Knowledge of Customs clearance documentation requirements in UAE for imports and export
  • Handle the day to day customs clearance operations of the department
  • Accurate and timely customs processing for various types of shipments
  • Attend customer’s enquiry by fulfilling their requirements for customs clearance
  • Respond and follow-up customer calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
