Purpose of the Job

Junior Creative Producer will support the management team in executing strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and driving business growth. This role involves working closely with senior leaders, participating in cross-functional projects, and developing skills in various aspects of business management.

Job Description

•    Liasing between project owners (client side) and the creative team on their filming/production needs. Ensure campaigns are kept on track and all deliverables are met on time and exceed expectations. 
•    Pre-plan and produce shoots for creative, product and marketing teams.
Develop project timelines, ensure campaigns are kept on track and all deliverables are met on time and manage project budgets.
•    Assure the availability of the videographer/photographer, manage the schedule and support him/her with all he/she needs. 
•    Assist in filming and photography on shoot days. This includes grear check, setting up cameras and lighting, microphone checks, handling the second camera (Sony FX3, Sony Alpha A7), etc. 
•    Support the Creative Director and key managers to deliver the best marketing materials.For bigger productions, liase between the marketing team / in-house creative department and the production houses, when it comes to budgets, requirements, timings, planning, etc. 
•    Manage and coordinate inflow and outflow of all project related assets from campaign conception to final delivery. Align with the marketing managers and traffic mananger what is requested form the in-house editor and animator. 
•    Must set priorities and communicate when priorities change or changes must be made to ensure the team is notified.
•    Lead the communication between the editor/animator designer and the creative team for any needed input or files (open files of KVs, design elements, copy documents (scripts and copy for film edits), etc. Collaborate with writers, designers, and other creative professionals to develop and execute creative concepts,
•    Request voice over recordings either directly from talents or via sound studios. 
•    Help develop a standard workflow and organization for the team to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
•    Contribute to the creative process through sharing ideas, research on trends, writing, help put decks together and necessary research for projects, etc. 
•    Prepare storyboards and shootingboards for the in-house shoots.
•    Support in creating production briefs for externally produced films. 
•    Review hours and outside costs associated with a project on a constant basis to ensure the correct billing is created, approved internally, and submitted to the marketing, finance and procurement departments. 
•    If needed, source photographers, videographers and stylists.
•    Negotiate contracts with suppliers: photographers, stylists and videographers including costs, rights usage.
•    Support with managing our creative production team alongside acting Creative Director.
•    Form strong relationships across the business and establish close relationships with external creatives to build a little black book of contacts
•    Source props, equipment and materials for shoots
•    Quality check images to ensure they align to shoot and brand guides and are delivered in a timely manner.
•    Develop your creative knowledge to keep shoots relevant and aspirational.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

•    At least one year in a production house or continuous experience in filming, editing, post-production, etc.
•    Bachelor’s Degree from a film school or a related major.
•    Reel or portfolio showcasing experience during studies with practical work
