Purpose of the Job

The Logistics Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmaceutical warehouse, ensuring the efficient and compliant management of inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics processes. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards in operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and safety, while driving continuous improvement and cost-effective solutions.

Job Description

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and other external partners.
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics activities and improve processes.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience 5-8 in logistics management, with a track record of success in optimizing operations and achieving cost savings.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of transportation regulations, customs procedures, and international trade compliance.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CSCMP, APICS) is a plus.
