· Support Aramex customer software, online portals and hardware solutions. Conduct briefings and demonstrations for users to enhance system productivity.  

· Understand APIs, customer system integration and eCommerce platforms.  

· Provide system-level support, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems.  

· Provide system training for employees and customers.  

· Servers/desktops/laptops hardware and software support.  

· Network configuration and support.  

· Maintain and manage printers, scanners and courier’s handheld devices.  

· Helpdesk system administration.
