A Techo-Functional role to act as the critical bridge between business/sales operations and our technology teams, ensuring Salesforce.com is maximized to drive growth, efficiency, and exceptional user experiences.
The scope will be instrumental in translating complex business needs into a scalable, impactful Salesforce
solutions, fostering adoption, and demonstrating tangible ROI, working closely with our Salesforce Product
Owner on the technical delivery side.
Job Description
Salesforce Solution Strategy & Design:
• Lead the strategic design and architectural planning of Salesforce solutions from a business
perspective, defining custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and automation.
(workflows, process builders, flows).
• Partner with the Tech Salesforce Product Owner to design and implement new Salesforce modules
(e.g., targets, incentives, forecasting, reporting), aligning with our strategic business roadmap.
Business Process Optimization & Adoption:
• Define and enforce data governance policies, develop data quality strategies, and establish/track
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to report on (ROI) for all Salesforce initiatives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive user adoption strategies, including identifying training needs
and championing Salesforce best practices across the organization.
Project & Performance Management:
• Own the end-to-end project management for business-led Salesforce enhancements, from
requirements to UAT, training, and deployment coordination.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and ensure all initiatives deliver defined business
objectives and commercial value, collaborating with the Tech Salesforce Product Owner.
Platform Enablement & Strategic Collaboration:
• Lead change management efforts for Salesforce implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and
maximizing user acceptance.
• Collaborate with the Tech Salesforce Product Owner and IT on integration strategies, focusing on
seamless data flow and process automation from a business perspective.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree (MBA or related field) preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce.com administration, configuration, and solution design, with a demonstrably strong focus on business optimization, digital transformation, and delivering tangible commercial value.
• Mandatory Technical Skills:
o Multiple Advanced Salesforce Certifications required, such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect. Additional certifications like Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Marketing Cloud Consultant are mandatory.
o Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive reporting and Excel for commercial analysis is mandatory.
o Experience in project management routines and tools are mandatory.
