Global Operations Innovation Manager 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Innovate by developing new products to address external, internal customer challenges along with actively researching the transformations within the parcel movement ecosystem
  • Responsible for strategic oversight of all transformation product KPI’s, profitability, planning and operations along with country and regional teams. Lead the execution of strategic station objectives by leading programs and analyze trends of key KPIs
  • Oversee and direct the launch of products in new geographies by working closely with cross functional stakeholders to ensure optimized planning and execution of the launch event
  • Work closely with product, digital and other cross functional teams on continuously enhancing products to achieve further integration, optimization and stability
  • Problem solving for any issues or roadblocks faced by regional and national teams in day to day operations and provide continuity measures to address issues in the long term
  • Design and document optimized and customized processes for the integration, adoption and scaling of transformational products

 

Job Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of Consulting, Supply chain, Operations management, e-commerce experience
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the MENA region
  • MBA or Masters equivalent candidates preferred
