Purpose of the Job

The D&T Associate Manager will lead the Digital and Technology function within their designated country, serving as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the Regional D&T. This role is pivotal in translating local business needs into technology solutions that align with the global strategy. The D&T Associate Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of digital and technology services, managing local D&T teams. This position requires a deep understanding of both global strategy and local business dynamics, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between Local operations and the regional D&T function.

Job Description

  • Lead the Local D&T team in delivering technology solutions that meet local business needs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Local business stakeholders and the Regional D&T function.
  • Ensure alignment of Local D&T activities with the global digital and technology strategy.
  • Oversee the implementation of strategic platforms and systems within the region.
  • Facilitate the integration of Local operations with external customers and partners.
  • Provide local support and ensure the unique requirements of the region are addressed.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Local D&T processes and services.
  • Manage Local D&T budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Ensure compliance with global D&T policies and standards.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and agility within the Local D&T team.
  • Collaborate with the central D&T team to design and deliver new technology solutions.
  • Monitor and report on Local D&T performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and stakeholder engagement through effective D&T service delivery and innovative technology solutions.
  • Lead, develop, and maintain a high-performing D&T team while fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
  • Manage end-to-end D&T operations, infrastructure, projects, security compliance, vendor relationships, and alignment with global platforms and initiatives.
  • Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, financial control, and continuous improvement across Local D&T services and processes.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in IT leadership roles, preferably within a multinational organization.
  • Strong understanding of both global and regional business dynamics.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects and services
