Commercial Excellence Executive

Purpose of the Job

To manage customer data within the CRM system, implement standardized policies and procedures to maintain a healthy customer lifecycle, and support the Commercial Excellence Business Partner.

Job Description

Key Focus areas;

  • Governance of Commercial Operations.
  • Assist in Analyzing and implementing Commercial Tasks.
  • Providing Day to Day assistance to the Sales.
  • Able to calculate and analyze profit and Loses
  • Maintain CRM System.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support all Commercial Activities, Initiatives and Campaigns
  • Coordinate with Regional Commercial Team
  • Ensure continuity of customer data integrity in the system
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by providing timely corrective actions
  • Collaborate with regional teams to align with overall strategy and share best practices.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure adherence to CRM and data standards to always ensure customer integrity
  • Govern account opening and contracts
  • Enhance customer satisfaction with timely actions.
  • Maintain CRM policies and reports for customer segmentation.
  • Conduct market research for customer grouping and prepare capacity/target reports.
  • Able to calculate the P&L and identify Costing Factors.

Job Responsibilities - Experience and Education

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required (Engineering, PMO, or Supply Chain preferred).
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Sales Operations or Commercial Finance.
  • Experience in matrix environments and analytics preferred.

Skills and Competencies

  • Results-oriented, customer-centric, and strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong negotiation and influence skills with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Experience in forecasting, sales force sizing, and dashboard design is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, organized, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
